A brilliant color, cherry red with ruby tones and fine persistent bubbles. In the nose elegant aromas of red fruit (strawberries and raspberries) and some toast. On the palate the same style of aromas, juicy red berries, round and sensual. A soft dry style, which makes this cava accessible to everyone. It will accompany many snacks perfectly.

Druiven worden zowel machinaal als met de hand geoogst. De eerste fermentatie gebeurt in grote tanks op een gecontroleerde temperatuur van 16° C. De tweede fermentatie gebeurt op de traditionele manier in de fles voor min. 12 maanden.

About Vallformosa
The old Romanesque chapel that stands right next to the domain has given its name to this winery. Vall Formosa means "beautiful valley" in Catalan.
Vallformosa owns 397 hectares of land that is divided into 9 plantations that extend over the wide variety of heights, climates and grape varieties that are typical of the Penedès region. Traditionally and completely naturally cultivated here. The grapes used for the production of this Cava come from the vineyards in Upper Penedès.
